Tomato count!

Our Tomatoes look great!  Also, our CSA the past few weeks has been awesome, highlighted by string beans, japanese plums, squash, zucchini, peaches, apricots, beets, swiss chard, and lettuce!  Anyway, here's a couple of photos.

I picked about 30 Tomatoes early this morning, and all together we've yielded around 70 so far.  These are supposed to be "cherry" Tomatoes, but a few of them are really plump, like mini heirloom plump.

Next up?  Lazy River tubing on the Shenandoah!

Burning Wood........

You know, it's been years.  But digging thru the archives I stumbled upon some stuff that would seriously make everyone laugh.  Music is the gift that will always give, no matter.  Here is some tracks that Taft & I threw together with Heather, and they turned out fantastic(IMO)!

Burning Wood - Imagine (Lennon)

Burning Wood - You were meant for me (Jewel)

Burning Wood - Killing me Softly (Fugees Cover)

CSA Week 5....

Here are a few photos from our CSA, one week ago!  I'm way behind here.

The squash(doesn't it look like Zucchini?), as they refer to it, were awesome.  Snow peas, Broccoli, oregano, and freckled lettuce rounded it up.

The Apricots were definitely a change of pace.  I would consider myself a standard banana, orange, strawberry, raspberry, etc. kind of guy.  Apricots never really appealed to me.  They're really good though!  I've been swayed!

I have one Tomato ripe and ready from my stuff out back.
