The Bad Plus are playing at the 9:30 club this Monday (7/26). It is $15 and I highly suggest this to anyone who is looking for something to do on Monday. I saw them and it rocked. They are a jazz band with a grand piano, double bass and a drum set. Played really good stuff... not like normal jazz. When I saw them, they played some Aphex Twin song and a Black Sabbath song. It was neat to hear that in their rendition.
